Vehicle documents
We review all documents relevant to the purchase. This includes maintenance booklet, garage invoices, license plate check and mileage data. This gives you an idea of the car.
Test drive
An important aspect of the purchase inspection is a test drive, because you cannot discover all defects by looking. So it is important to hear and feel the car driving. This allows us to check parts such as the engine and gearbox. A test drive therefore completes the inspection.
Inspection on the bridge
The car goes on a bridge and we can properly assess the technical condition. We look at the entire underside, looking at the exhaust, tires, shock absorbers, suspension and many other points. We can also determine whether the car has leaks or corrosion.
Read out for faults
By means of our special reading equipment, we can detect faults that cannot be detected during a test drive or on the bridge. Sometimes a car gives a message that there is a malfunction or something is wrong, but this is not always the case. Therefore, the readout gives a better overview of the problems that are hidden internally. These faults can save you thousands of euros and are therefore an important part of the purchase inspection.
Interior and exterior
Both the inside and the outside are fully checked for the functions and conspicuousness. Think of electronic functions of the cars and/or the operation of all mechanisms. The outside is also checked for, for example, door panels, windows and lights of the car, etc. Based on the condition of the inside and outside, we can see whether the mileage is logical.
Damage or no damage
The car is also checked for damage and whether there has been damage in the past. With a paint thickness meter we can see whether a certain part has been repainted. On the basis of this, we can further trace damage and whether the damage has been properly repaired.
